The Dial
The original Breitling dial is simply breathtaking and the numbers and detail incredibly crisp – I’d be happy to send the original photographs so you can have a really close look. It is signed ‘Breitling Geneve’, ‘Navitimer’ and ‘T Swiss Made T’

The Case
The highly polished shoulders and matt case sides are in excellent condition and the signed (outside and inside) caseback is in very good condition – minor pitting just below the case reference number. The case measures 40mm excluding the rare Breitling winding crown and 48mm including the lugs. The outside caseback is signed ‘Stainless Steel’, ‘Breitling’ and ’806′. The inside caseback is signed ‘Breitling Watch Ltd Swiss’.

The Movement
The original Breitling signed high-grade 17 jewel hand wound movement is in crisp, very clean condition. The movement has just been cleaned and oiled by a professional watchmaker and is in excellent working order. It is signed ‘Breitling Watch Ltd’, ‘Unadjusted Swiss’ and ’17 Seventeen Jewels’. As mentioned, this high-end movement has just been serviced and I will include a 3 month guarantee.

The Strap
The watch sits on a new, high quality black leather padded strap and steel buckle.

This is an extremely desirable and highly collectible vintage watch from one of horology’s most famous names and will, if history is any judge, provide an excellent financial investment as well as a possession to treasure and enjoy. As every year goes by there are less and less of these iconic watches and the value just keeps increasing. I will provide an insurance valuation in excess of my asking price.
